SHIPPING & RETURNS
We are currently only delivering products within South Africa. All orders will be delivered in up to seven working days from date of payment, regardless of where you reside in South Africa. Please ensure that the delivery address which you provide is an address where delivery will be accepted during normal business hours. Should you not be able to receive the goods during normal working hours, please provide us with an alternative address and contact details of the person accepting the parcel on your behalf.
Should an item be damaged upon arrival, please send proof of damage to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we have received proof of damage, we will gladly exchange the item at our own cost.
We accept EFT and Visa/Mastercard payments online through our safe and secure merchant processor Peach Payments. All personal information (including your name, email address, street address, phone number and order history) are encrypted for additional security.
